About Me

Coach Rochelle

When I think back a few years ago the thought of exercising made me cringe. I just wasn’t that type to go to the gym and workout, go for a run, or even a hike. I was shy, easily intimidated and had zero interest. A couple weeks before my 30th birthday a friend of mine said she joined a gym and suggested that I should join with her. After much debate I decided yes I would give it a try. My first day there I had a full on panic attack. I was so overwhelmed and swore I would never be going back.... but I did and I continued to go back. Sometimes you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable. The more involved I became with fitness the more I began to love it. Not only did I begin to see physical changes but It helped me learn to care for my body and my most importantly my mind.
So that leads me to where I am today. I always thought about getting more into fitness, becoming a personal trainer, teaching fitness classes, helping people, making a difference. So I enrolled in the ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer Course and I am forever grateful I did. It was the push I needed to begin something that I thought about for such a long time. This is only the beginning and I am so excited to see what the future has in store!!
Each new day is a new opportunity to improve yourself. Take it and make the most of it.
